The following documents are required for GST registration:
1) The proprietor’s PAN.
2) Proof of Address (Aadhar card or Passport or Driving License or any other government ID)
3) A passport size photograph
4) A cross bank cheque with a name and account number, or the opening page of a passbook with a few recent transactions (A proprietor’s cheque or passbook will suffice.)
5) Details about the registered address
– Rental Property – Rent/Lease Agreement in the context of rental properties.
– Owned Property – Electricity bill in the applicant’s name.
– Other Conditions – In cases where the property is owned by a member of the applicant’s family, a No Objection Certificate/Consent Letter from the owner of the property, as well as the power bill, is required.
Note — A cross cheque or passbook from a savings account is enough, and we DO NOT NEED a cheque from the company.
For GST registration, we require the following documents:
1) Business’s PAN (Partnership firm, LLP, Company).
2) Partners’/Directors’/CEO’s identity and address proof (Aadhar card or Passport or Driving license)
3) A passport-sized photograph of the partners/directors/CEO.
4) A company cross-bank cheque or a bank statement of the business with a few recent transactions page
5) Document of business registration (partnership deed or certificate of incorporation for companies or LLP or trust deed)
5) The registered address’s address details
– Rental Property – Rent/Lease Agreement in the context of rental properties
– Owned Property – Electricity bill in the applicant’s name
– Other Conditions – In cases when the applicant’s family member owns the property, a No Objection Certificate/Consent Letter from the Property Owner must be sent together with the Electricity Bill.
